In her career spanning more than 12 years, Priyanka Lekhi has gained experience in multiple roles and industries to understand the nuances of each space. She started her career in Business Development for IT infrastructure solutions and moved on to Human Resource Management in the past 7 years of her career, bringing her business related insights into the sphere of Human Resource Management. Priyanka has designed and executed successful HR practices for startups, social sector organizations, and mid-sized private corporations. From enhancing employee happiness, to streamlining policies around hiring, performance management, organizational culture, recognition and benefits, Priyanka brings an in-depth understanding of organizational scale. She is a graduate in Commerce and an MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis, Pune. She is currently the HR Manager at a fashion e-commerce startup.
